The Digital Divide

I will be researching and writing an essay on the digital divide. Digital divide refers to a social issue pertaining to the increasing gap between regions and demographics with and without access to modern communication technologies. In my essay, I will find out what is considered modern communication technologies and its history. Second, I will research the vast technology being used in different countries on a global scale and how it contributes to the digital divide. Third, I will seek solutions that can help minimize the scale of the digital divide.
